This Spring Wire, also referred to as Piano Wire, is precision-drawn from high-carbon steel for excellent strength, stiffness, and resilience. The nominal diameter for 14 SWG is 2.032 mm, with a small manufacturing tolerance, so it is generally referred to as 2.0 mm wire.
