All products marked as "In Stock" is in local stock in our shop.  We very rarely have back order products.  If you are looking for quantaties greater than what we indicated as in stock, please call us or whatsapp us.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes. For local customers who prefer to pick up their orders directly, simply select the "Pick Up" option when choosing your shipping method at checkout. This ensures your order will be ready for collection at our designated location.

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

  • Cutoff Time: 14h00 (GMT+02:00) for same-day processing.
  • Delivery Timeframes:
    • City Centers: 1 to 3 working days
    • Outlying Areas: 2 to 5 working days
  • Couriers Used: Pick-Up, Fastway Couriers, and The Courier Guy

Please note that these timeframes serve as guidelines. External factors such as supplier schedules and courier operations may occasionally influence delivery times.

What is your return policy?

  • Return Window: 7 days after order arrival
  • Condition: Only products in NEW condition can be returned
  • Return Costs: Customer is responsible for shipping costs
  • Return Labels: Not supplied
  • Refund Processing: Within 7 business days after return verification

New = Unopened products in original packaging and never used.

What items are covered under warranty?

  • General merchandise: 7-day limited warranty
  • Electronics, batteries, and engines: Sold as-is, no warranty
  • Evaluation may lead to replacement of parts or product
  • Refunds only for unused items in original condition

How can I be notified when an item is back in stock?

If an item is out of stock, click “Notify me when back in stock” when logged in. If not signed in, enter your email address to get notified when it's available.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Payfast (debit/credit cards), EFT, and have in-store card facilities.

Can The Flite Lab help me find products not listed on the website?

Yes, we offer selective product sourcing. Contact us with your request. Shipping restrictions may apply.

What if I can't reach you by phone?

If we miss your call, please message us via WhatsApp. We aim to stay accessible and responsive.

Do you offer any discounts?

  • Pensioner Discount: 10% with valid ID matching the account name. Not retroactive.
  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable, no cash-out, not valid on shipping
  • Bargain Bin: All sales final, no returns or refunds

How can I track my order?

After shipment, track via our website or contact support. We assist with courier follow-ups for lost or delayed packages.
