Return Window

Items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of the order being received.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Only items that are unused and in new condition may be returned. Packaging must be original and intact.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns if there are signs of use or damage.
  • Return labels are the customer’s responsibility and are not provided by The Flite Lab.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided the items are unused and in new condition, and returned within the 7-day window.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and verified, a refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method. No restocking fees apply.
