This olive green iron on covering film is designed for finishing radio control planes and other small model aircraft. It provides a consistent colour finish over balsa, ply and similar airframes and gives the model a neat, simple appearance.
The film is applied with a covering iron or suitable heat tool. As it warms it shrinks slightly, which helps remove minor wrinkles and tightens the film over the structure. It is suitable for wings, tail surfaces and fuselages on most sport and trainer models when applied to a clean, prepared airframe.
This covering is suitable for new builds or repairs where you want to restore a solid olive green finish. It can also be used for trim work such as stripes, wing tips and simple contrast accents.
