Z-POXY 30 Minute Epoxy is designed for projects that require more time for precise positioning and assembly. With a generous 30-minute working time, it allows you to arrange and adjust parts before curing begins. Once set, it forms a tough, durable bond with excellent strength and resistance to impact, vibration, and temperature extremes.

This two-part adhesive works on a wide range of materials including wood, metal, fiberglass, ceramics, glass, leather, and many plastics. Its light yellow finish makes it suitable for both functional and hobby applications where bond visibility is not critical. With a shear strength of up to 2000 psi, it’s ideal for load-bearing joints and demanding repairs.

Specifications:

• Working/Set Time: ~30 minutes at 18–27 °C (65–80 °F)

• Handling Strength: After ~7 hours

• Full Cure: 24 hours at room temperature

• Initial Color: Clear hazy to light yellow

• Final Color: Light yellow

• Hardness: Shore D 75–83 (after full cure)

• Shear Strength: Steel 2000 psi (±20%), Aluminum 1400 psi (±20%)

Use Instructions:

1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease.

2. Roughen surfaces with sandpaper or emery cloth for best results.

3. Dispense and mix equal parts resin and hardener thoroughly for ~1 minute.

4. Apply to both surfaces and join parts together.

5. Remove excess epoxy immediately with denatured alcohol.

6. Sets in 30 minutes, full cure in 24 hours.

Storage:
Store upright in a cool, dry location with tips up. Wipe tips after use and reseal. Shelf life is approximately 1 year when stored properly.
