The WPL D14 Suzuki Kei truck RTR brings the charm of the real Suzuki Carry kei truck into 1/10 scale, with a licensed hard body, detailed cab and functional lights on a capable 4WD chassis. Power comes from a 280 brushed motor driving all four wheels, giving a realistic top speed of around 15km/h, which is quick enough for backyard fun and car park drifting without being unmanageable. The included 2.4GHz radio offers proportional steering and throttle with high and low rate adjustment, so you can dial the response in for new drivers or more experienced hobbyists.

This ready to run package includes the pre assembled truck, 2.4GHz transmitter, drive battery and USB charger, so you can be running with only a few AA cells for the transmitter. The D14 uses a mix of ABS and nylon plastics with metal components in key areas, giving a good balance between durability and weight. The 4WD chassis is built around a wheelbase of about 190mm and a track width of about 135mm, with realistic wheels and tyres that work well on smooth surfaces, short grass and light off road terrain. The hard body design also makes it a great base for custom paint, scale accessories and chassis upgrades.
On the ground the WPL D14 Suzuki Kei truck RTR is well suited to relaxed scale driving, light trail running, drifting on smooth concrete and general car park fun. The drivetrain uses an open front differential and a locked rear differential for predictable handling, with independent front suspension and leaf springs at the rear to keep it stable and easy to drive. It is simple to charge, easy to maintain, and has a strong aftermarket if you later want more traction, more scale detail, or a different look.
