The Hobbywing UBEC-5A-V2-Air is an external DC-DC voltage regulator designed to provide stable power to your receiver, servos, and onboard electronics from a 2S to 8S LiPo pack. It is a practical choice when your model needs a reliable regulated supply separate from the ESC’s internal BEC.
This unit is especially suitable for fixed wing RC aircraft, but it can also be used in other compatible RC setups that require adjustable receiver power. The selectable 5.0V, 6.0V, and 7.4V output options make it useful for a range of standard and high-voltage servo setups.
The compact all-metal housing helps with heat dissipation, and the UBEC includes protection against overcurrent, output short circuit, and overheating for safer operation. Its efficient design offers power conversion efficiency of more than 90%.
